The Central Asia Barometer is hosting an expert meeting that focuses on the relationship between Central Asia and the European Union in the context of the Russia-Ukraine war. The meeting aims to bring together scholars and researchers to examine the public perception of the war in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan and its impact on broader Central Asia-European Union relations.

At the event, the Central Asia Barometer Survey data will be presented and followed by a panel discussion on the challenges and opportunities for collaboration between the two regions in various dimensions, such as public policy, public diplomacy, migration, soft power, and state-level relations. The event promises to be an excellent opportunity for networking and lively discussion.

The event is organized with the support of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation.
