Tlegen Kuandykov

Communications Officer

Tlegen Kuandykov is the Communications Officer at CAB. Tlegen is an early career researcher and analyst, focusing on comparative studies of authoritarianism, political stability of hybrid regimes, and political participation. His professional background includes legal consultancy, non-profit organizations of civil society, and academia. Tlegen is  the OSCE Perspectives 2030 fellow and holds MA in Political Science from the University of Pavia, Italy.
