Quality Control

Strict, systematic quality control is carried out according to the type of research project: GPS route control, check-up calls to respondents, check-up visits to households, audio/video recordings, wiretapping of recordings, or direct supervision. CAB has a department dedicated to quality control of all research stages, including logistics. There is also a ready-made sanctioning system for interviewers in case of errors.
